Yes, you can switch plans! If you’d like to upgrade or switch to an Annual Plan for more savings, let us know, and we’ll make the transition easy.
Our Monthly Plan has a 4-month minimum to ensure quality toy rotation, but it can be canceled anytime after that. The Annual Plan is a full-year commitment, offering significant savings and benefits.
Billing is monthly for the Monthly Plan and Trial Plan, and annually for the Annual Plan. Annual payments come with a discounted rate to reward your commitment and help us maintain a premium collection.
There are no hidden fees! All toy deliveries are included. However, there may be fees for late returns or significant damage beyond expected wear. Taxes are applied where applicable.
We know that toys are meant to be loved! Minor wear and tear is perfectly normal, but significant damage or loss may result in a replacement fee.
If a toy is damaged or a piece is missing, we'll reach out to inform you of any repair or replacement costs. Small damages will incur a minor fee, while lost or heavily damaged items may require full replacement. Rest assured, we’ll always notify you of any charges before proceeding.
